Hold on to your hats because we have exciting events happening at Zebra Lounge this November!
Needless to say, October was an eventful month at Zebra Lounge. It started off with our first wine tasting of the year. We got to taste six rich wines and enjoy it with a charcuterie board; filled with delicious cheeses, from brie, camembert and blue cheese to fig and strawberry flavoured, and olives, grapes, three different types of meat, crackers and blueberries. Not to mention the night was filled with beautiful background French music by Phillipe Abalovi.
The week after our wine tasting we had our second quiz night hosted by local comedian Wayne Stuart. It was another general knowledge quiz and the Masked Bandit’s took first prize over the Holders of the Belt.
Finally, on 29 October we had the talented Basson Laas grace the Zebra Lounge stage to sing his heart and soul out. October was a well-mixed month of events, from wine tastings to quiz nights and live shows. 1. Pop Culture Quiz Night – November 5
We decided to make our third quiz night a themed one, and all of you helped us to choose the popular theme POPULAR CULTURE! If you love movies, series, music, pop stars, reality shows, cult classics, celebrities, sports stars and anything related to popular culture, this is the night for you! We have teamed up with HD Pop Art here in Secunda to offer you guys a night filled with exciting pop culture related prizes to be won.

2. Wine & Cheese Night with C.P. Conradie – November 19
Ask anyone who was at our last wine and cheese night, it was spectacular – the wines, the cheeses, the live entertainment and the host! Now, this Wine & Cheese Night is going to be even more special, because the man behind the wines, C.P. Conradie, will be hosting the night. You will be able to taste and learn more about the wines that he makes himself. All of this and “the famous Zebra charcuterie board” will be yours on 19 November for only R200 per person. Don’t wait too long to purchase your tickets, because they’re limited and a hot commodity.

3. Stephen Jonathan Live Show – November 21
Zebra Lounge has a jam-packed third week in November with a live show by Stephen Jonathan following our Wine & Cheese Night. Stephen Jonathan was our first show at Zebra Lounge this year and we just couldn’t imagine not having this talented man back before the year ends. His energy is contagious and guitar solo’s mesmerizing. If you missed him on January 10th, be sure to come and witness this breath-taking musician on 21 November at Zebra Lounge.
